 Operate and monitor RO plant as per SOP.

 Monitor RO pressure, flow, TDS, conductivity, pH and recovery.

 Monitor MGF, ACF, cartridge filters and RO membranes readings.

 Carryout maintenance acitivites, of pumps, membranes, filters.

 Carryout routine backwashing and CIP activities.

 Check ETP-treated water quality before RO operation.

 Maintain proper chemical dosing

 Identify and report leakage, abnormal pressure, noise or equipment issues.

 Maintain daily RO log sheets and operating records.

 Conduct basic water quality testing such as pH, TDS and conductivity.

 Coordinate with the team for breakdowns and preventive maintenance.

 Maintain proper housekeeping in the RO area.

 Follow all safety,



PPE and chemical handling procedures.

 Ensure continuous and efficient RO plant operation.

 Prepare proper shift handover and daily reports.

Qualification & Experience

 ITI/10th/12th/ Diploma Pass preferred.

 0–3years’experience in RO/ETP/WTP operation preferred.

 Willing to work in rotational shifts.

 Basicknowledge of pumps,valves, filters, membranes and water treatment preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
