We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Staff Nurse for our Intensive Care Unit (ICU). The ideal candidate should have robust critical care nursing knowledge, excellent patient monitoring skills, and the ability to manage critically ill patients in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
- Monitor vital signs, ECG, oxygen saturation, and other critical parameters.
- Manage ventilators, infusion pumps, and other ICU equipment.
- Administer medications and IV therapies as prescribed by physicians.
- Assist doctors during emergency procedures and critical interventions.
- Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes, and treatment charts.
- Follow infection control protocols and patient safety standards.
- Coordinate with doctors and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Support and guide junior nursing staff.




- Ensure proper shift handover and continuity of patient care.

Eligibility Criteria

- GNM or B.Sc. Nursing qualification from a recognised institution.
- Valid nursing registration with the applicable State Nursing Council.
- Minimum 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in an ICU or critical care setting.
- Strong knowledge of critical care nursing procedures and emergency management.
- Experience with ventilator care and handling critically ill patients preferred.

Salary

Salary will be based on experience, qualifications, and clinical competency.
