## Key Responsibilities

**Video Editing**

* Edit promotional videos, reels, short-form videos, and YouTube content.

* Add transitions, effects, animations, subtitles, background music, and sound effects.

* Create engaging video content for social media marketing campaigns.

* Perform video trimming, colour correction, audio synchronisation, and basic motion graphics.

* Adapt videos to different platform formats and aspect ratios.

**Teamwork & Delivery**

* Coordinate with the digital marketing, sales, and content teams.

* Understand project briefs and incorporate client feedback.

* Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

* Ensure all designs and videos meet the company's quality standards.

* Organise creative files and maintain project records.

## Required Skills

* Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

* Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.

* Familiarity with Canva and CapCut is an advantage.

* Robust understanding of typography, colour combinations, composition,



and visual storytelling.

* Knowledge of social media creative formats and video trends.

* Creativity, attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.

## Qualifications & Experience

* Qualification in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.

* Experience with a strong portfolio may apply.

* Experience in graphic design, video editing, or digital marketing is an added advantage.

* A portfolio showcasing previous designs and edited videos is preferred.

## Performance Expectations

* Deliver creative and high-quality designs and videos on time.

* Maintain consistency and accuracy across all client projects.

* Respond positively to feedback and revisions.

* Contribute creative ideas to improve client engagement and brand visibility.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
