We are looking for motivated and disciplined Real Estate Sales Agents to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a strong interest in real estate sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Need to generate lead and company will support in Lead generation and follow up with potential customers.
- Arrange and coordinate customer meetings and property site visits.
- Provide 100% support to customers during site visits.
- Conduct presentations and property demonstrations based on customer needs.
- Explain property details and guide customers throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with the team to manage appointments and close sales.
- Follow company guidelines and maintain qualified discipline.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to attend customer meetings and property site visits.
- Robust discipline, punctuality, and a professional attitude.
- Tamil communication is essential; additional languages are not mandatory.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
