Job Description: OT & ICU Technician (Multitasking)

Job Title: OT & ICU Technician

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Qualification: Diploma in OT Technology, Dialysis Technology, or Critical Care Technology

Experience: Relevant experience in OT and ICU operations preferred.

Job Responsibilities

Operation Theatre (OT) Management

- Prepare and maintain the OT setup before surgical procedures.

- Set up and check anaesthesia machines and related equipment.

- Assist surgeons and anaesthetists during surgical procedures.

- Ensure the availability and proper functioning of OT instruments and equipment.

- Follow sterilization, infection control, and OT safety protocols.

ICU Equipment Management

- Set up and monitor ventilators and multiparameter monitors.

- Assist with ABG (Arterial Blood Gas) sample collection and analysis, as per training and hospital protocols.

- Ensure the proper functioning of ICU equipment and troubleshoot basic technical issues.





- Assist the clinical team in managing critical care equipment during non-surgery hours.

- Support patient monitoring and emergency preparedness under the supervision of doctors and nurses.

Required Skills

- Hands-on knowledge of OT setup and ICU equipment management.

- Ability to handle both OT and ICU responsibilities as per hospital requirements.

- Knowledge of anaesthesia machines, ventilators, patient monitors, and ABG equipment.

- Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work efficiently in emergency situations.

- Willingness to perform multitasking duties as required.

Salary & Advantages

- Monthly Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000
