We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and target-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team in the travel and tourism industry. The candidate will be responsible for both office-based sales activities and fieldwork, including client visits, outdoor marketing, lead generation, and business development.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, the ability to develop strong business relationships, and a proven ability to generate sales and achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Promote domestic and international tour packages, holiday packages, honeymoon packages, group tours, and other travel-related services.

2. ⁠Conduct field visits to corporate offices, companies, educational institutions, and other potential clients to generate business.

3. ⁠Identify and develop new business opportunities through direct marketing, client meetings, referrals, and networking.

4. ⁠Visit prospective customers and business partners to promote the company's travel services.

5. ⁠Generate leads through fieldwork, telemarketing, social media, and other marketing activities.

6. ⁠Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, institutions, and individual customers.

7. ⁠Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and convert prospects into confirmed bookings.

8. ⁠Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and expand the customer base.

9. ⁠Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

10. ⁠Coordinate with the operations and reservations teams to ensure smooth travel arrangements.

⁠Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

12. ⁠Maintain records of field visits, leads, customer follow-ups, and sales performance.

Requirements & Qualifications:

1. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.

2. ⁠Willingness to undertake regular fieldwork and outdoor client visits.

3. ⁠Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Solid lead-generation, client-handling, and sales-closing abilities.

4. Knowledge of domestic and international travel packages is an advantage.

5. ⁠Ability to build business relationships and work independently.

Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.

6. Proficiency in Malayalam, Hindi and English is preferred.

7. ⁠Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office and digital marketing tools.

8. ⁠A valid driving licence and own two-wheeler or car would be an added advantage.
