Key Responsibilities

- Create realistic 3D visualizations and renders for landscaping and plantscaping projects.
- Develop 3D concepts for indoor and outdoor green spaces, planters, plant arrangements, vertical gardens, green walls and other biophilic installations.
- Convert 2D layouts, sketches, photographs and design concepts into accurate 3D models.
- Prepare realistic daylight, evening and perspective views wherever required.
- Incorporate appropriate plants, trees, planters, furniture, structures and other landscape elements into the visualization.
- Ensure the proposed plant arrangements and design elements are represented realistically and aesthetically.
- Make revisions based on client and internal team feedback.
- Prepare high-resolution renders suitable for client presentations, proposals and project approvals.
- Coordinate with the Natura Greentech team to understand project requirements, dimensions, materials and plant specifications.
- Maintain consistency between the approved design and final 3D visualization.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of 3D modelling, rendering and visualization.
- Experience in architectural, landscape, interior or environmental 3D visualization.
- Good understanding of landscape design and plant placement will be an advantage.
- Ability to create photorealistic renders and realistic plant/landscape environments.
- Strong sense of proportion, scale, composition, lighting and aesthetics.
- Ability to work from photographs and existing site conditions.




- Good attention to detail and ability to deliver work within agreed timelines.

Preferred Software

Experience with one or more of the following:

- SketchUp
- 3ds Max
- Lumion
- Enscape
- V-Ray
- D5 Render
- Twinmotion
- Blender
- AutoCAD / Revit knowledge will be an added advantage.

Experience

- Any number of years of relevant experience in 3D visualization, landscape visualization, architectural visualization or a related field.
- Freelancers with a solid portfolio may also be considered irrespective of formal experience.

Portfolio Requirement

Candidates must share a portfolio of previous 3D visualization work, preferably including:

- Landscape projects
- Outdoor spaces
- Indoor plantscaping
- Green walls / vertical gardens
- Planter arrangements
- Commercial or corporate spaces
- Photorealistic architectural/landscape renders

Engagement & Deliverables

The engagement will be project-based/freelance, with assignments allocated based on project requirements.

Deliverables may include:

- 3D models
- High-resolution rendered images
- Multiple views/perspectives
- Day and evening views, where required
- Design revisions based on feedback
- Source/editable files, as agreed for each project
