Sky Gold & Diamonds Ltd. is looking for a hands-on Desktop Support Engineer to provide end-user IT support across its office and unit locations.

Position: Desktop Support Engineer
Location: Nerul, Navi Mumbai
Experience: 4–5 years
Qualification: 12th Pass with a diploma or certificate course in IT, computer hardware, or networking
Level: Executive / Officer

Key Responsibilities

· Provide desktop and end-user support for PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, IP phones, and other peripherals

· Troubleshoot hardware, Windows operating systems, drivers, and standard applications

· Diagnose hardware issues involving RAM, storage drives, power supplies, motherboards, displays, and peripherals

· Configure and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, switches, patch cords, and basic IP connectivity

· Set up user systems and support data transfers, backups, and IT equipment movement

· Maintain IT asset records, service logs, and hardware inventory





· Coordinate with hardware and network vendors on issues requiring escalation

· Support IT requirements at office and unit locations, including occasional site visits

· Follow IT security, asset management, and standard operating procedures

Ideal Candidate

You have 4–5 years of hands-on experience in desktop support, computer hardware, and basic networking. You are comfortable troubleshooting independently, supporting users across locations, and escalating issues when needed. Knowledge of IT asset management, CCTV, jewellery software, or desktop and laptop hardware is an advantage.
