Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store Executive to manage daily store operations, inventory control, spare parts handling, and machinery material management. The candidate will ensure accurate stock records, timely material issuance, proper storage, and coordination with purchase, production, maintenance, and accounts departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily receipt, storage, and issuance of spare parts, machinery components, tools, and consumables.
- Verify incoming materials against purchase orders, invoices, delivery challans, and goods receipt notes (GRNs).
- Maintain accurate stock registers and inventory records in ERP, SAP, Tally, or MS Excel.
- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and initiate purchase requisitions for replenishment.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Maintain proper identification, labeling, bin locations, and systematic storage of materials.
- Issue materials against authorized material requisitions and maintain proper documentation.
- Coordinate with purchase, maintenance, production, and vendors regarding material availability.
- Identify slow-moving, non-moving, excess, and obsolete inventory.




- Ensure safe handling of materials and maintain cleanliness and organization in the store.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and internal stock-control policies.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate or Diploma in Mechanical, Supply Chain, or a related field; relevant experience may also be considered.
- 2–5 years of experience in stores or inventory management, preferably in the spare parts or machinery industry.
- Knowledge of mechanical spare parts, bearings, belts, motors, gearboxes, fasteners, tools, and industrial consumables.
- Working knowledge of inventory software, ERP, Tally, or MS Excel.
- Valuable documentation, communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
