We are seeking an expert Real Estate Photo Editor with a deep mastery of High Dynamic Range (HDR) image processing. In this role, you will be responsible for editing raw, multi-bracketed exposure files to produce high-end, clean, and vibrant real estate imagery. You must possess technical perfection in exposure blending, color balance, perspective control, and window clarity while maintaining high-quality output under fast turnaround deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

HDR Blending & Processing: Expertly process and blend multi-bracketed RAW photos (3-bracket, 5-bracket, and custom exposures) to produce natural, balanced, and high-dynamic-range images.

Window Pulls & Exposure Control: Perform exact window pulls to reveal outdoor views clearly while maintaining accurate interior lighting and preventing blown-out highlights or artificial shadows.

Sky Replacements: Replace dull, overcast, or washed-out skies with crisp, high-resolution blue skies or realistic twilight setups, ensuring seamless blending and matching directional light/reflections.

Perspective & Geometry Correction: Correct verticals, lens distortions, keystoning, and horizontal alignments to ensure clean architectural lines.

Color Correction & Grading: Eliminate color casts (e.g., tungsten bulb spill, green grass bounce), adjust white balance, fine-tune color saturation, and maintain consistent tone across entire property packages.

Image Finishing:



Perform object removal (small clutter, cords, pool cleaners), detail enhancement, sharpness tuning, and final quality checks to ensure all real estate media standards are met.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional real estate photo editing experience (portfolio required).

Software Mastery: Advanced, high-level command of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom.

HDR Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in manual exposure blending, bracket merging, and handling complex lighting scenarios.

Technical Precision: Exceptional eye for spatial alignment, true-to-life color grading, texture retention, and natural luminosity.

Detail-Oriented: Ability to maintain rigorous consistency across multi-room listings while self-auditing work against technical parameters.

Workflow Efficiency: Ability to meet tight turnaround deadlines without sacrificing image quality.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working directly with real estate photography agency workflows and large daily volume batches.

Familiarity with raw file management, batch processing presets, and automated/hybrid editing tools.
