SSEI – Full Stack

(Exp: 5 years onwards)

React / Next.js / NestJS / AWS / AI-Assisted Engineering

About the Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer with strong frontend, backend, and cloud engineering skills to build scalable, secure, production-grade applications.

Our teams follow a standardized Golden Path and extensively use AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Cursor, and Codex throughout the software development lifecycle. You will work across frontend, backend, APIs, event-driven services, testing, observability,



and AI integrations while maintaining strong engineering standards for quality, security, and production readiness.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with React, Next.js, and TypeScript
- Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and NestJS
- Experience with PostgreSQL and TypeORM
- Experience building REST APIs and working with OpenAPI/Swagger
- Experience with event-driven architecture using AWS SQS and SNS
- Experience with Microsoft Graph API, particularly email and related integrations
- Strong understanding of microservices and distributed systems
- Experience with OpenTelemetry and UVP for observability, distributed tracing, and production troubleshooting
- Strong testing experience using Jest and Playwright
- Strong knowledge of Git, pull requests, and code reviews
- Familiarity with CI/CD, Jira, and Agile/Scrum
- Experience working with standardized Golden Path/platform engineering practices

AI-Assisted Engineering

- Hands-on experience with AI development tools such as Claude, Cursor, Codex, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent
- Ability to use AI effectively for planning, codebase exploration, implementation, refactoring, testing, debugging, code review, and documentation
- Understanding of prompt and context engineering and providing AI with appropriate repository context, requirements, constraints, and architectural patterns
- Familiarity with agentic workflows, agents/sub-agents, task decomposition, and parallel execution
- Experience or understanding of Databricks/OpenAI and MCP (Model Context Protocol)

- Ability to critically validate AI-generated solutions for correctness, security, performance, and maintainability
- Understanding that AI accelerates engineering delivery but does not replace engineering judgment, testing, review, or ownership

Nice to Have

- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code, such as Terraform
- Familiarity with Test-Driven Development (TDD)
- Experience with Codefresh, GitHub Actions, or similar CI/CD platforms
- Understanding of OAuth 2.0 and modern authentication/authorization patterns
- Experience building or integrating AI-enabled or agentic applications
