We are looking for a highly experienced Finance Manager to lead the finance function of a diversified business group with multiple companies operating under one management. This is a strategic leadership role requiring an individual who can go beyond accounting and actively contribute to financial planning, business growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate should be capable of acting as a trusted financial advisor to the management, providing insights and recommendations that support informed business decisions.

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning & Strategy

- Prepare annual budgets and business plans for all group companies.
- Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts.
- Monitor actual performance against budgets and forecasts.
- Provide strategic financial advice to the management on business expansion, investments, and profitability.
- Prepare MIS reports and management dashboards for decision-making.

Group Financial Management

- Oversee the accounting and financial operations of multiple business entities.
- Review monthly financial statements and ensure accuracy of all accounts.
- Consolidate financial reports across all companies.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund requirements.
- Manage banking relationships and financing requirements.

Cost Control & Profitability

- Identify cost-saving opportunities across departments and business units.
- Implement cost-control measures without affecting operational efficiency.
- Analyse Gross Profit (GP), Net Profit (NP), operating margins, and business performance.
- Recommend strategies to improve profitability.

Inventory & Working Capital Management

- Monitor inventory levels across businesses.
- Ensure effective inventory planning, stock control, and stock valuation.
- Minimise inventory holding costs and prevent stock losses.
- Improve inventory turnover and working capital efficiency.

Compliance & Governance

- Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, PF, ESI, Companies Act,



and other statutory regulations.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and government authorities.
- Strengthen internal controls, financial policies, and risk management practices.

Leadership

- Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.
- Establish efficient financial systems and reporting processes.
- Work closely with department heads to improve financial performance across all businesses.

Required Qualifications

- Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred.
- CMA (India), ACCA, CPA, MBA Finance, or M.Com with exceptional multi-company finance experience will also be considered.
- Minimum 8–15 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience managing finance for multiple companies, business divisions, or a group of companies.
- Robust knowledge of:
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;)
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Cost Accounting & Cost Reduction
- Inventory & Working Capital Management
- Cash Flow Planning
- Financial Reporting & Consolidation
- Taxation, GST, TDS & Statutory Compliance
- Advanced proficiency in Tally Prime, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Power BI or financial reporting tools is an added advantage.
