Role & Responsibilities

- Montessori Guidance: Facilitate self-directed, hands-on learning using Montessori materials across practical life, sensory, math, and language domains.
- Day Care & Routine Care: Oversee daily transitions, nap times, meals, free play, and personal hygiene while ensuring physical and emotional safety.
- Parent Communication: Provide regular updates on developmental milestones, behavior, and daily activities.

Qualifications & Training in Mumbai

- Certifications: Diploma or certification in Early Childhood Care and Education Montessori Teacher Training, or NTT (Nursery Teacher Training).
- Skills: Patience, gentle classroom management, creative storytelling, and first-aid awareness.

Pay: ₹33,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
