EpsilonX Capital is a fintech platform & Corporate Debt Investment Banking Company focused on Business Loans and Corporate Loans , Working Capital using technology, data and intelligent lender matchmaking to help customers identify suitable lending options.

We work with banks, NBFCs, financial professionals and customers across India and are building technology-led solutions for the un-secured lending ecosystem.

About the Role

We are looking for energetic freshers who enjoy speaking with people, understanding customer needs, experimenting with marketing ideas and learning how businesses grow.

This is not just a calling role.

You will work across customer outreach, WhatsApp and digital campaigns, lead engagement, market research and growth initiatives while learning how sales, marketing and fintech work together.

What You Will DoCustomer Outreach

- Speak with prospective and existing customers through calls, WhatsApp and other channels.
- Understand their loan or financial requirements through structured conversations.
- Follow up with interested customers and help move them to the next stage.
- Re-engage customers for relevant Unsecured Corporate Loan Products i.e. Term Loan, OD, Working Capital etc.
- Maintain accurate customer interaction and follow-up information in the CRM.

Growth Marketing

- Support WhatsApp, email, SMS and calling campaigns.
- Help create and test different customer messages and campaign ideas.
- Track responses, clicks, enquiries and conversions from campaigns.




- Identify customer segments that can be targeted for new campaigns.
- Assist the team in experimenting with current channels and growth initiatives.
- Research competitors, customer behaviour and emerging fintech trends.

Customer & Campaign Insights

- Identify common customer questions, objections and requirements.
- Share insights with the marketing, sales and product teams.
- Help improve scripts, messages and customer journeys based on actual conversations.
- Track which campaigns and messages generate better engagement.

Who Should Apply

- Is a graduate or final-year student looking to start a career.
- Is confident speaking with new people.
- Has good communication skills in English.
- Is comfortable using WhatsApp, social media and digital tools.
- Is curious about marketing, sales, fintech and customer behaviour.
- Is willing to learn, experiment and take ownership.
- Can work with targets and measure results.
- Has basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
- Does not need previous banking or lending experience — we will teach you.
