We are looking for a skilled Java Full Stack professional with 3+ years of industry experience to mentor students. The role involves training, guiding, and providing hands-on project exposure.
Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions on Java Full Stack technologies (Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, APIs, HTML, CSS, JS, React/Angular, SQL).
- Mentor students through real-time projects and practical assignments.
- Provide support in debugging, coding standards, Git, and deployment basics.
- Review student work and give feedback.
- Share industry-based examples and project workflows.
- Conduct assessments and track student progress.
Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of professional experience as a Java Full Stack Developer.
- Strong knowledge of backend and frontend technologies.
- Positive communication and mentoring skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple way.
- Local Chennai candidates preferred for offline/hybrid sessions.
- Training or mentoring experience is an added advantage.
