We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Sales Team Leader with a minimum of 3 years of experience in team leadership to lead and motivate our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing effective sales strategies, monitoring team performance, and ensuring excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and identify areas for improvement.
- Train and guide team members to enhance their sales skills and productivity.
- Build strong customer relationships and resolve escalated issues.
- Implement sales strategies to increase revenue and expand the customer base.

Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Team Leader, strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives will be provided to the Team Leader in addition to the regular salary, based on sales targets and overall team performance.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
