Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth front-of-house and back-of-house functioning, deliver exceptional guest experiences, maintain high food quality and service standards, control costs, and drive revenue while complying with all regulatory requirements (including FSSAI).

The role demands strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with versatile working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

- Operations Management — Oversee all daily restaurant activities, including opening/closing procedures, table management, reservations, service flow, and coordination between front-of-house and kitchen teams.
- Staff Leadership — Recruit, hire, train, schedule, motivate, and evaluate restaurant staff (servers, hosts, stewards, bartenders, etc.). Conduct performance reviews and maintain positive team morale.
- Financial Management — Monitor daily sales,



prepare reports, manage budgets, analyze P&L; statements, and work towards revenue and profitability goals through upselling and cost optimization.
- Customer Service Excellence — Greet guests, handle complaints promptly and professionally, ensure consistent high-quality dining experiences, and gather guest feedback for continuous improvement.
- Food Safety & Compliance — Ensure full adherence to FSSAI guidelines, food hygiene standards, HACCP principles, health & safety regulations, and licensing requirements. Conduct regular staff training on food safety.
- Quality & Menu Oversight — Maintain food quality, presentation, and service standards; coordinate with the Executive Chef on menu planning, specials, and seasonal offerings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
