Hiring: Customer Service Executive
Location: Panchkula, Haryana
Experience: 2–3 Years
CTC: Up to ₹3.6 LPA

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests.
- Manage warranty claims, repairs, and replacements.
- Coordinate with distributors and internal teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain customer records and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Provide excellent after-sales support and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in customer service and after-sales support.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
