· 6 Months –5 years of experience in outbound voice process (Real Estate, EdTech, Banking, Telecom, Automobile, or any B2C outbound sales industry).

· Experience as a Pre-sales Executive or similar sales role.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

· Good organizational and time management skills.

· Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently or in a team.

· Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making skills.

· Attention to detail and professional telephone etiquette.

· Sales or Marketing certification will be an added advantage.
