We’re Hiring | Social Media Executive

Adsgrip Consultancy is looking for a creative, strategic, and result-driven Social Media Executive to join our digital marketing team.

Location: Ajmer Road, Jaipur

Work Mode: On-site

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and grow social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Business Profile (GMB), Pinterest, and X (Twitter).
- Strategically plan and execute monthly social media content calendars.
- Develop creative and engaging content ideas, captions, reels, posts, and campaigns.
- Coordinate with the Design team to ensure timely and effective content execution.
- Coordinate with the Videographer and manage social media shoots, including planning and execution.
- Monitor social media trends, competitors, audience behavior, and industry updates.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve reach, engagement, visibility, and overall brand presence.
- Track social media performance, analyze insights, and prepare regular performance reports.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and algorithms.
- Manage multiple social media accounts while ensuring consistency in brand voice and communication.

Requirements:





- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management.
- Strong understanding of all social media platforms and their respective content formats.
- Valuable knowledge of social media strategy, content planning, and audience engagement.
- Strong creative thinking and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, campaigns, and deadlines efficiently.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics, insights, and performance metrics.
- Experience with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, scheduling tools, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with the Design team and Videographer for content creation and social media shoots.
- Knowledge of current social media trends, competitor analysis, and platform algorithms.
- Ability to develop engaging content ideas, write compelling captions, and contribute to creative campaigns.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and consistency in brand communication.
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
