Apex Beverages is looking for an experienced and detail oriented Accountant with 4 to 5 years of experience in accounting and finance. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of accounting operations, GST, TDS, financial reporting and accounting software.
Roles and Responsibilities
Manage day to day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records
Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable and vendor payments
Prepare invoices, vouchers, purchase entries and sales entries
Manage GST, TDS and other applicable statutory compliance
Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation
Maintain records of expenses, purchases, sales and receipts
Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS reports
Assist with monthly and annual financial closing
Coordinate with auditors, vendors, customers and internal departments
Ensure proper documentation and accuracy of all accounting records
Required Skills and Qualifications
B Com or a relevant qualification in Accounting or Finance
4 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience
Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel
Knowledge of GST, TDS and bank reconciliation
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage accounting activities independently
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in manufacturing, trading or the beverage industry will be an advantage
