We are seeking a Business Analysis Trainer to support learners in developing practical knowledge of business analysis methods, documentation practices, and industry workflows. The candidate should be comfortable explaining concepts through examples, exercises, and guided learning sessions.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct online sessions covering business analysis fundamentals and day-to-day practices.

- Explain business requirements, stakeholder communication, and requirements documentation.

- Introduce process flows, business process modelling, user stories, and Agile-based workflows.

- Demonstrate relevant tools such as Excel, SQL fundamentals, and process diagramming software.

- Prepare practical activities and business scenarios to help learners apply their knowledge.

- Review learner assignments and provide feedback to improve understanding.





- Follow the agreed training plan and coordinate with the academic team regarding class progress.

Candidate Profile

- 1–2 years of experience in business analysis, related professional roles, or technical training.

- Familiarity with requirements analysis, process documentation, and business workflows.

- Working knowledge of commonly used business analysis tools.

- Good verbal communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to explain technical concepts in a easy and organised manner.

- Comfortable conducting interactive online classes.
