Job Role

We are looking for a Property Relationship Manager to build and maintain relationships with property owners, buyers, sellers, and business clients. The role involves understanding client requirements, identifying suitable properties, coordinating meetings and site visits, onboarding new properties, and supporting successful deal closures.

Key Responsibilities

- Meet clients and property owners to understand their requirements.
- Build and maintain good relationships with buyers, sellers, owners, and brands.
- Coordinate with clients to identify suitable properties based on their needs.
- Source new properties and collect the necessary details from owners.




- Assist in onboarding residential and commercial properties.
- Arrange site visits and coordinate meetings between clients and property owners.
- Follow up regularly with clients and owners to move transactions forward.
- Coordinate price discussions and negotiations between interested parties.
- Address client queries and provide updates throughout the property transaction.
- Work with internal teams to achieve property onboarding and sales targets.

Requirements

- Any degree is acceptable.
- Experience in real estate, sales, or relationship management is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Kannada and English language skills preferred.
- Ability to build relationships and manage regular follow-ups.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.
