Drive revenue by selling IDROID Becance's outdoor, transit and digital advertising solutions to businesses in Bhopal and beyond. Fixed salary plus attractive incentives. For target-driven candidates, salary is no bar.

About Us:
IDROID Becance is a Bhopal-based advertising and digital marketing agency offering 360-degree marketing solutions: outdoor (OOH) advertising, hoardings, transit and e-rickshaw branding, airport and cinema advertising, digital marketing and web development, for brands across India.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate current business through cold calls, field visits, references and follow-ups on leads.
- Meet business owners and marketing teams to understand their advertising needs.
- Present and recommend suitable advertising solutions (hoardings, transit media, digital displays, digital marketing, etc.).
- Prepare quotations and proposals, negotiate pricing and close deals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress to management.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and generate repeat business.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings and sales in the CRM or reports.




- Coordinate with the operations and creative teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.

Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/BBA in Marketing preferred).
- 0-3 years of experience in sales; experience in advertising, media or B2B sales is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Hindi and English.
- Confident, self-motivated and comfortable working with targets.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings; own two-wheeler preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone apps.

Salary:
- Fixed: Rs. 15,000 per month.
- Incentive: minimum Rs. 5,000 per month on achieving targets, with no cap for performers.
- Salary is no bar for candidates confident of consistently achieving their targets.

Timing: 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday
Work from home allowed once you consistently meet targets.
