Job Summary
Indian Surgical Company is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to handle customer calls, follow up with existing customers, generate business leads, and support the sales team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Explain company products and services to customers.
- Follow up on sales inquiries, quotations, and pending orders.
- Generate leads and identify potential business opportunities.
- Maintain customer databases and update call records regularly.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer requirements and order status.
- Follow up with customers for repeat orders and business development.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and follow-up targets.
- Maintain skilled communication and good customer relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate.
- Positive verbal communication skills in Hindi; basic English is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel and MS Word.
- Good telephone etiquette and listening skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries and follow up effectively.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
- Experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support will be an advantage.
