Hiring: Google / GMB Call-Only Ads Expert

We are looking for an experienced Google Ads / Google Business Profile (GMB) Call-Only Ads Specialist to partner with our agency on multiple client accounts in the dermatology, skin, laser, hair restoration, and aesthetic clinic industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, and manage Google Search Call Ads focused on generating quality phone calls for dermatologists and aesthetic clinics.
- Optimize campaigns to achieve a consistent volume of qualified calls at the lowest possible cost per lead.
- Manage multiple clinic accounts, including campaign setup, keyword research, negative keywords, bidding, and location targeting.
- Monitor call volume, conversion rates, cost per call, and campaign performance.
- Improve ad strength, relevance, and overall campaign efficiency through continuous manual optimization.
- Share regular performance reports with clear, measurable results.

Required Experience

- Minimum 3 years of proven experience running Google Ads for dermatologists, skin clinics, laser clinics, or similar healthcare businesses.
- Strong expertise in Google Business Profile, Google Search Ads,



and call-focused campaign strategies.
- Demonstrable track record of generating quality calls and achieving strong campaign performance.
- Strong understanding of local search intent, keyword selection, call tracking, and conversion optimization.
- Must provide verifiable case studies or previous campaign results.

Performance Expectations

- Target: 30–40 quality calls per day per account, depending on location, competition, budget, and campaign maturity.
- Results-oriented approach with a strong focus on lead quality, cost per call, and conversions.

Important Working Conditions

- Freelance / Agency Partnership Model Only.
- This is a long-term collaboration chance for the right expert.
- Manual campaign management is mandatory. We are looking for hands-on expertise, strategic thinking, and genuine optimization—not AI-generated campaign setups or automated AI-driven work.
- Must be comfortable managing multiple client accounts and maintaining professional communication.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
