The Role

We are looking for a Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment delivery, partner closely with client hiring managers, and ensure a seamless experience for both candidates and stakeholders. The role involves understanding hiring requirements, developing effective recruitment strategies, and delivering quality talent within agreed timelines and service-level expectations.

Key Accountabilities

1. End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from vacancy consultation and candidate sourcing to interviews, offer negotiation, and closure.

2. Stakeholder Management & Hiring Consultation: Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition teams to understand requirements, define hiring strategies, agree on timelines, and provide market insights.

3. Recruitment Delivery & Candidate Experience: Achieve hiring targets and agreed SLAs/KPIs while ensuring candidate quality, engagement, and a positive recruitment experience.

4. Talent Pipeline & Team Collaboration: Monitor recruitment funnel metrics, proactively address bottlenecks,



support talent pooling and workforce planning, and collaborate with sourcing and recruitment administration teams.

5. Systems, Compliance & Process Improvement: Maintain accurate ATS/CRM records, ensure compliance with recruitment policies and data protection requirements, and identify opportunities to improve recruitment efficiency and quality.

Skills & Requirements

- Experience in end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and consultative skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions, prioritise workloads, and deliver against hiring timelines.
- Understanding of recruitment metrics, sourcing strategies, and talent-market dynamics.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment technology, and MS Office.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with sourcing and recruitment operations teams.
- Strong attention to detail, process adherence, and data accuracy.
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach with a focus on quality and candidate experience.
