Key Responsibilities

- Assist the surgeon and clinical team during FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction) and FUT (Follicular Unit Transplantation) procedures.
- Prepare the operating room, surgical instruments, equipment, and consumables before each procedure.
- Assist with graft collection, sorting, counting, handling, and preservation as directed by the surgeon.
- Maintain appropriate graft hydration and storage conditions according to clinical protocols.
- Assist with graft preparation and implantation-related tasks within the scope of training and applicable regulations.
- Monitor graft quality and promptly report damaged or compromised grafts to the surgeon.
- Maintain aseptic techniques, sterilize instruments, and follow infection-prevention protocols.
- Assist with patient positioning, preparation, and comfort during procedures.
- Provide postoperative care instructions as directed by the clinical team.
- Clean and organize the procedure room and ensure equipment readiness for subsequent cases.
- Maintain accurate procedure records, graft counts, and consumable usage logs.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other technicians to ensure smooth workflow.
- Follow patient confidentiality requirements and clinic policies.

Qualifications and Experience

- Diploma or relevant training in healthcare, operation theatre technology.
- Previous experience in hair transplantation,



particularly FUE and FUT procedures, is desirable.
- Knowledge of surgical instruments, aseptic techniques, infection control, and basic patient care.
- Ability to work in a clinical environment and follow the surgeon’s instructions.

Working Conditions

- Work in a hair transplant clinic, surgical center, or hospital.
- May require standing for extended periods during procedures.
- Willingness to work flexible hours depending on the surgical schedule.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
