Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Video Editor with 5+ years of professional experience to lead video production across multiple brands and platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong storytelling ability, deep technical expertise, and the leadership skills to guide creative direction while delivering high-quality, performance-driven video content.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit high-quality videos for ads, social media, YouTube, websites, and brand campaigns
- Define and maintain video quality standards and brand guidelines
- Collaborate with marketing, performance, and content teams to create high-converting creatives
- Mentor and guide junior video editors and designers
- Review, optimize, and approve video content before publishing
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines across brands
- Stay updated with industry trends, formats, and tools
- Optimize videos for performance marketing and engagement metrics

Requirements & Skills





- 5 years of professional video editing experience
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Strong knowledge of motion graphics, transitions, and visual effects
- Excellent understanding of storytelling, pacing, and audience psychology
- Experience with brand campaigns and digital marketing videos
- Ability to work under pressure and manage complex projects
- Robust communication and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in e-commerce, retail, or tech brands
- Excellent English Communication
- Experience working with multiple brands simultaneously
