Job Summary:

Durga Automart Dealership is looking for a motivated and target-driven Team Leader (TL) to manage the sales team, generate business, improve lead conversion, and achieve monthly vehicle sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of sales executives.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and drive dealership revenue.
- Manage customer inquiries, showroom walk-ins, leads, test drives, and vehicle bookings.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and improve lead conversion rates.
- Assist the team in customer handling, negotiations, and closing sales.
- Coordinate vehicle financing, insurance, documentation, and deliveries.
- Monitor daily sales activities and maintain CRM records.
- Prepare daily sales reports and share performance updates with management.
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline.




- 2–4 years of experience in automobile sales, preferably in a dealership.
- Experience in team handling, lead management, and target achievement is preferred.
- Robust communication, negotiation, leadership, and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, vehicle financing, and insurance.
