Senior Project Manager – Interior & Finishing Works

Experience: 12+ Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction, Interior Design, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and manage projects from commencement to final handover.
- Supervise interior works, civil finishing, flooring, false ceilings, painting, carpentry, partitions, glazing, and MEP coordination.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Review drawings, BOQs, material requirements, and project specifications.
- Monitor project progress, quality, costs, resources, and timelines.
- Manage contractors, subcontractors, procurement, and site execution.
- Ensure finishing quality, snag rectification, and timely project handover.




- Prepare progress reports and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements:

- 12+ years of experience in Real Estate, Construction, or PMC.
- Strong hands-on experience in interior execution and finishing works.
- Experience in high-end residential, commercial, hospitality, or luxury projects preferred.
- Solid skills in project management, contractor coordination, cost control, and planning.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
