1. Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Data Analytics Specialist with strong analytical, statistical, and data visualization capabilities to transform complex datasets into actionable business insights. The candidate will be responsible for data analysis, dashboard development, KPI definition, data validation, and reporting to support business decision-making.

The ideal candidate should have experience working with cloud technologies, preferably Microsoft Azure, and the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineering teams, and infrastructure teams to deliver reliable and meaningful analytics solutions.

2. Key Responsibilities

- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, business opportunities, and actionable insights.

- Develop interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations aligned with business and domain requirements.

- Perform ad-hoc data analysis to address business queries and support management decisions.

- Define, monitor, validate, and refine Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve business performance measurement.

- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, completeness, and reliability across multiple data sources.

- Apply statistical techniques and analytical methods to interpret data and support data-driven decisions.

- Translate analytical findings into clear data stories and actionable recommendations for business stakeholders.

- Collaborate with data engineering, software development, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless data flow and resolve data-related issues.





- Support data integration, reporting automation, and analytics solutions using cloud-based technologies.

- Document analytical methodologies, KPI definitions, data validation rules, and reporting processes.

3. Required Skills and Competencies

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.

- Proficiency in statistical techniques, data analysis, and quantitative reasoning.

- Hands-on experience in dashboard development, reporting, and data visualization.

- Ability to perform ad-hoc analysis and define or refine business KPIs.

- Solid understanding of data validation, quality assurance, and data consistency.

- Excellent data storytelling and communication skills.

- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.

- Experience working with multiple data sources and collaborating with technical teams.

4. Technical Skills

- Data Analytics: Data exploration, trend analysis, statistical analysis, and business intelligence.

- **Reporting and Visualization:** Dashboard development, KPI reporting, and data storytelling.

- **Cloud Technologies:** Microsoft Azure experience preferred.

- **Data Quality:** Data validation, accuracy checks, consistency monitoring, and issue resolution.

- **Business Analysis:** Requirements gathering, ad-hoc analysis, and performance measurement.





Additional tools and technologies such as SQL, Python, Power BI, Azure Data Services, or other analytics platforms may be considered based on the project's technical requirements.

5. Experience and Qualifications

- 3–6 years of relevant experience in Data Analytics, Data Science, or Business Intelligence.

- Demonstrated experience analyzing complex datasets and delivering actionable insights.

- Practical experience in dashboard development, reporting, and KPI management.

- Experience working with cloud technologies, preferably Microsoft Azure.

- Experience collaborating with data engineering, software development, and infrastructure teams.

- Automotive industry experience is an added advantage.

- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related discipline is preferred.

7. Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with business understanding, practical dashboarding and reporting experience, and effective communication skills. The candidate should be able to independently analyze data, explain findings to stakeholders, and collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate, consistent, and business-relevant analytics outcomes.

Pay: ₹607,000.00 - ₹1,990,000.00 per year
