Responsibilities
- Plan and execute social media content across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
- Create monthly content calendars.
- Write captions and content briefs for designers and video editors.
- Manage content shoots and coordinate with creators/influencers.
- Engage with the community through comments and DMs.
- Track performance and optimize content based on insights.
- Stay updated with social media trends and viral formats.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience managing social media for a D2C brand.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form video content.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Valuable eye for design and brand aesthetics.
- Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and basic analytics.
- Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working in a startup environment.
Bonus: Experience in beauty, wellness, skincare, haircare, or nutrition brands is a plus.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
