Key Responsibilities

Videography and Shooting

- Operate DSLR, mirrorless and professional video cameras.
- Handle gimbals, stabilizers, tripods and other camera accessories.
- Set up and manage lighting equipment, LED lights and reflectors.
- Handle microphones, wireless audio systems and basic audio recording.
- Plan camera angles, framing, composition and camera movements.
- Shoot promotional videos, product videos, interviews, events and social media content.
- Ensure proper exposure, focus, lighting and audio quality during shoots.
- Safely handle, maintain and organize camera equipment.

Video Editing and Post-Production

- Edit raw footage into polished, skilled videos.
- Create Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos and long-form content.
- Add transitions, subtitles, music, sound effects and motion graphics.
- Perform colour correction, colour grading and audio synchronization.
- Use Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or CapCut.
- Export videos in the correct formats and aspect ratios for different platforms.
- Organize footage, backups and project files.

Teamwork and Project Management

- Coordinate with the creative, marketing and social media teams.
- Understand project briefs and deliver videos within deadlines.




- Travel to shoot locations when required.
- Ensure the final output meets quality standards and brand guidelines.

Required Skills

- Practical knowledge of cameras, gimbals, lenses and shooting accessories.
- Understanding of lighting, framing, composition and camera movements.
- Knowledge of audio recording and basic troubleshooting.
- Good video editing and storytelling skills.
- Ability to manage both shooting and post-production independently.
- A portfolio or showreel demonstrating videography and editing skills.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of drone videography, where legally permitted.
- Experience with motion graphics and visual effects.
- Knowledge of product, lifestyle, corporate and event videography.
- Familiarity with Adobe After Effects and Photoshop.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
