Stakeholder Management • • • Act as the primary interface with senior leadership, global stakeholders, and partners Drive alignment across multiple teams, regions, and functions Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes effectively 4. Agile & Delivery Excellence • • • Lead Agile practices at scale (e.g., SAFe) across programs Facilitate planning cycles, synchronization, and execution reviews Coach teams on Agile, DevOps, and continuous improvement practices 5. Technology & Platform Orientation • • Work closely with engineering teams on cloud Enable adoption of best in- native, IoT, and connected platforms class tools, platforms, and development practices • Ensure scalable, secure, and highly available system architectures 6. People Leadership & Culture • • • Build and develop high performing teams in a global environment Coach team members on growth opportunities, technical capabilities, and leadership skills Foster a culture of ownership, innovation,
