Job Summary

Samson Scientific & Surgical Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Medical Sales Representative (MSR) for Howrah, West Bengal. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling medical, surgical, and healthcare products, developing strong customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and sell medical and surgical products to hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, pharmacies, and medical distributors.
- Identify and develop new customers while maintaining relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings to generate business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collect customer orders and coordinate with the internal team for timely order processing and delivery.
- Follow up with customers for payments and outstanding dues.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Prepare and submit daily work reports, tour plans, and sales updates to the reporting manager.




- Ensure timely payment collection and maintain customer satisfaction.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; candidates with a science or pharmacy background will be preferred.
- Experience in medical, pharmaceutical, surgical, or healthcare product sales will be an advantage.
- Freshers with valuable communication and sales skills may also apply.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory of Howrah, West Bengal.
- Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence preferred.
