Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Chinese Chef to join our kitchen team at Sai Amrut Restaurant, Shirdi. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Chinese cuisine and maintain high standards of food quality, taste, presentation, and kitchen hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare a variety of Chinese dishes according to the menu and restaurant standards.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, portion size, and presentation.
- Ensure proper kitchen hygiene and food safety practices.
- Monitor ingredient usage, stock levels, and food wastage.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of kitchen ingredients.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth daily operations.

Qualifications & Skills

- Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts preferred.




- 2–5 years of experience in Chinese cuisine, preferably in a hotel or restaurant.
- Knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques, sauces, and ingredients.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and inventory management.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
