Description:

I'm developing a digital course in the self-help space and am looking for an experienced instructional designer to help bring it to life. This is a collaborative role — you'll help shape the curriculum structure, lesson flow, and exercises that turn existing expertise into a explicit, self-paced learning experience.

Responsibilities:

- Structure raw content/expertise into a logical course curriculum (modules, lessons, learning outcomes)
- Design exercises, worksheets, or activities that reinforce key concepts
- Advise on pacing and format (video, text, audio, interactive elements)
- Collaborate on scripting or outlining lesson content
- Recommend best practices for learner engagement and completion rates

Requirements:

- Proven experience in instructional design or curriculum development (portfolio or past course examples preferred)
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and self-paced online course formats
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
