We are looking for a hands-on GST Manager with 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably from a CA firm, tax consultancy or professional services environment. The candidate will independently manage GST compliance and client assignments while coordinating with clients, seniors and junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage GST compliance and multiple client assignments independently.
- Prepare and file GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C.
- Perform GSTR-2B reconciliation, ITC verification and GST ledger scrutiny.
- Handle GST refund applications and related documentation.
- Draft replies to GST notices and departmental queries.
- Prepare detailed reconciliations, submissions and working papers.
- Coordinate with GST authorities and assist in departmental matters.
- Identify discrepancies, tax exposures and compliance issues.
- Manage client communication and guide junior team members.
- Ensure timely completion of GST assignments and compliance deadlines.
Senior GST Executive:
We are looking for a GST skilled with 2+ years of experience and strong practical knowledge of GST compliance, return filing and reconciliation. Candidates from CA firms, tax consultancies or professional services firms will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and file GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
- Perform GSTR-2B reconciliation and ITC verification.
- Conduct GST ledger scrutiny through Tally.
- Prepare GST reconciliations and working papers.
- Assist with GSTR-9, GSTR-9C and GST refund applications.
- Prepare initial drafts/replies to GST notices and departmental queries.
- Maintain GST records and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with clients and seniors for information and documentation.
- Identify discrepancies and ensure timely compliance.
