- Assist customers with ticket booking and seat guidance.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems for ticket and food sales.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently at concession counters.
- Handle cash and digital payments accurately.
- Guide guests inside auditoriums and check tickets.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Resolve customer queries politely and professionally.
- Upsell combo offers and premium products.
- Support crowd management during entry and exit of shows.
- Ensure smooth customer service during peak hours and special screenings.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per year
