Vacancy : CAD Lead / CAD Manager
Location: India

We are looking for an experienced CAD Lead / CAD Manager to lead drafting teams, manage project deliverables, and ensure high-quality architectural and interior design documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, supervise, and mentor CAD drafting teams.
Allocate tasks, monitor productivity, and manage project delivery schedules.
Prepare and review architectural and interior design drawings.
Manage Design Development (DD) and Construction Documentation (CD).
Ensure drawing accuracy, quality, coordination, and compliance with project standards.
Implement QA/QC procedures and maintain drawing registers and revision records.
Coordinate with architects, interior designers, engineers, and consultants.
Manage CAD standards, templates, layers, references, naming conventions, and document control.

Technical Requirements

Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD.
MicroStation, Bluebeam Revu,



and Adobe Acrobat knowledge is an advantage.
Strong expertise in interior design documentation, joinery detailing, door schedules, interior elevations, reflected ceiling plans (RCP), finish plans, and schedules.

Experience & Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of CAD drafting experience.
Minimum 5 years in a lead or supervisory role.
Robust experience in architectural and interior design projects
Proven ability to manage drafting teams, quality checks, and project deadlines.
Hospitality, commercial, residential, or mixed-use project experience preferred.
GCC/Middle East project experience is highly desirable.
