Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Bodyshop Advisors to coordinate accident repair work and provide customer service at our automobile service centres. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of vehicle body repairs, denting, painting, repair estimates and workshop coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect accident-damaged vehicles and understand customer requirements.
- Coordinate denting, painting and other body repair activities.
- Prepare repair estimates and job cards.
- Coordinate with technicians, customers and insurance representatives.
- Monitor repair progress and support timely vehicle delivery.
- Provide customers with updates on repair status.
- Maintain accurate job records and update repair details in the system.




- Ensure repair quality and customer satisfaction.
- Follow workshop safety procedures and company guidelines.

Qualifications and Experience

- DME, DAE or BE in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in automobile workshop or bodyshop operations.
- Valuable computer skills and system knowledge.
- Practical knowledge of accident repairs, denting and painting.
- Good communication, customer-handling and coordination skills.
