Your work profile

A Project Manager plans, leads, and delivers projects on time and within budget. They guide cross-functional teams, manage project risks, and ensure clear communication between stakeholders and the company.

Key skills required:

- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery.
- Define project scope,



goals, and measurable deliverables.
- Build comprehensive project timelines, schedules, and resource plans.
- Monitor project budgets and track financial performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to hit daily and weekly milestones.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and roadblocks.
- Facilitate team meetings, daily standups, and progress updates.
- Maintain transparent documentation, reports, and project dashboards.
- Communicate project status clearly to clients and company stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement by reviewing completed project outcomes.

Qualifications

- B.Tech / B.E. / M.Tech / MBA / PGDM (Management / IT / Public Policy or equivalent
