We are looking for a proactive Property Field Executive to discover property opportunities across Bengaluru. The role involves visiting assigned locations, identifying properties available for sale or rent, taking property photos and videos, collecting basic information, and sharing the details with our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned locations in Bengaluru to find properties available for sale or rent.
- Capture clear photos and videos of residential and commercial properties.
- Connect with property owners and collect basic property information.
- Record details such as location, property type, size, expected price or rent, and owner contact information.
- Send property photos, videos, and collected details to the internal team.
- Coordinate with owners to confirm property availability and other basic details.
- Identify new property opportunities and provide regular field updates.
Requirements
- Good communication skills and an interest in real estate.
- Willingness to travel across assigned areas in Bengaluru.
- Ability to use a smartphone to capture and share property photos and videos.
- Kannada-speaking ability preferred.
- Two-wheeler preferred for field travel.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Salary & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000, based on skills and experience.
