Responsibilities

- Manage and guide a team of 4 to 5 sourcing managers, based at Andheri and Kalyan
- Help the team for sourcing channel partner and in their day-to-day meeting
- Handle Western-SoBo-KDMC market
- Develop valuable relations with local channel partner and ensure to get maximum site visits from them
- Identify, onboard and nurture new channel partners
- Organise regular engagement programs and training session with the channel partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners from Western-SoBo and KDMC market to ensure alignment with company goals
- Analyse market trends, competition, and customer preferences to identify opportunities
- Leverage networks and contacts to generate leads and referral from booked clients

- Proven experience in residential real estate sourcing and sales knowledge
- Team leader and people management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, good into negotiations
- Knowledge of the local real estate market and current industry trends
