Ashika Group is looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow the company's digital presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media strategy, content planning, campaign management, and performance analytics, along with the confidence to appear on camera and create engaging reels and videos.

Experience in financial services, stock broking, fintech, or capital markets will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the company's branding and marketing objectives.
- Manage social media accounts across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and maintain monthly content calendars to ensure consistent and engaging communication.
- Create and coordinate content, including posts, reels, videos, stories, carousels, and digital campaigns.
- Confidently appear on camera and shoot reels, videos, interviews, and other social media content.
- Manage campaigns from ideation and execution to performance tracking and reporting.
- Monitor and improve key metrics, including followers, reach, impressions, engagement, and website traffic.
- Track social media analytics and implement data-driven strategies to improve performance.
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform algorithms, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Coordinate with content writers, designers, video editors, and internal teams to deliver quality content.
- Monitor comments,



messages, and audience interactions to maintain a professional brand presence.
- Ensure brand consistency and verify the accuracy and approval of financial content before publication.
- Follow applicable regulatory guidelines and internal approval processes for financial services communication.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and their content formats.
- Proven experience in content planning, social media campaigns, and audience engagement.
- Must be comfortable appearing on camera and shooting reels and videos.
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, and content scheduling tools.
- Familiarity with Canva or similar creative tools is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, creativity, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in financial services, stock broking, fintech, BFSI, or capital markets is preferred.
- A creative and proactive individual who can independently manage social media activities.
- Robust understanding of digital branding, audience growth, and performance-driven content strategies.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
