- Source candidates through job portals, social media and other recruitment channels
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews and assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers
- Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets
- Support end to end recruitment activities for banking positions
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate is preferred
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and job portals
- Strong convincing, coordination and follow up skills
- Interest in HR recruitment and talent acquisition
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
