Job description:

Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting

As an Estimation Engineer, you will support the Estimation & Project teams in preparing accurate cost estimates, quantity take-offs, BOQs, and project quotations for security systems, structured cabling, AV, networking, and other infrastructure projects. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and vendors to ensure estimates are timely, competitive, and aligned with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Study project plans, drawings, specifications, and requirements to understand project scope.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates including materials, labor, equipment, and services.
- Create Bill of Quantities (BOQ), rate analysis, and cost breakdowns for proposals.
- Coordinate with internal engineering teams, vendors, and suppliers to gather prices and technical details.
- Verify vendor quotations, pricing sheets, and material rates for accuracy.




- Prepare and submit tender documents, quotations, and estimation reports.
- Maintain and update cost databases, vendor lists and estimation records.
- Monitor and update estimates as needed to reflect changes in scope, materials, or timeline.
- Assist project teams with technical clarifications during pre-bid and negotiation stages.

Qualifications & Skills

- Btech EC/EEE /IT/CSE candidates.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant estimation experience in Fire alarm and fire fighting systems projects or related engineering contexts.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) & basic cost estimation tools.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
