Job Description – Telecaller, Rajalakshmi ONE Care (Mylapore)

We are hiring telecallers at our Mylapore office to call prospective members, explain Rajalakshmi ONE Care plans, and convert interest into enrolments.

Position - Telecaller – Membership Sales

Product - Rajalakshmi ONE Care (prepaid healthcare membership)

Location - Mylapore office, Chennai – full address to be added

Employment type - Full-time, on-site

Working days - Monday to Saturday

Shift - General shift (may change based on requirement)

Key responsibilities

- Make cold calls to recent prospects and outbound calls to leads and follow up on enquiries from ads, walk-ins and referrals.
- Explain the membership plans clearly and help callers pick the right one.
- Answer questions on benefits, coverage, shuttle routes and how to use the membership.




- Book hospital visits, health checkups and home-care appointments for members.
- Follow up on pending enrolments and renewals until closure.
- Log every call, outcome and next step in the CRM or call tracker.
- Meet daily call targets and monthly enrolment targets.
- Pass corporate leads (factories, companies) to the B2B team.
- Share customer feedback and common objections with the team lead.

Requirements

- Education: 12th pass or any graduate.
- Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling or tele-sales; healthcare, insurance or hospital calling is a plus. Freshers welcome.
- Languages: fluent Tamil (must); working English.
- Clear, polite and confident phone voice.
- Able to handle objections and close a sale without pressure tactics.
- Basic computer skills – Excel/Google Sheets, CRM or call-logging tools.
- Target-driven, punctual and comfortable with cold calling and high call volumes.
- Willing to work from the Mylapore office.
- Candidates from Chennai are preferred.
