THE ROLE

We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and hands-on Social Media Manager who can take a brand from “What should we post?” to “This is exactly what the brand should be saying.”

You will be responsible for managing social media accounts across multiple brands, developing effective content strategies, leading monthly calendars, coordinating creative execution, and managing client communication.

The ideal candidate should combine creative thinking with strategic planning, understand digital culture, and know how to turn trends into meaningful brand communication.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage and oversee social media accounts for multiple brands.
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand objectives.
- Create, manage, and maintain monthly content calendars.
- Lead ideation for reels, static posts, carousels, stories, and other digital formats.
- Develop content pillars, campaign concepts, and social-first creative ideas.
- Write and review captions, hooks, scripts, and other social media copy.
- Identify emerging trends and adapt them into relevant brand content.
- Brief and coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content creators.
- Plan and coordinate content shoots and production activities.
- Research, manage, and coordinate influencer collaborations.
- Monitor community engagement, comments, messages, and online conversations.
- Track content performance and prepare monthly social media reports.
- Analyse engagement,



reach, impressions, and other relevant performance metrics.
- Recommend improvements based on content performance and audience behaviour.
- Manage client communication, feedback, revisions, and content approvals.
- Ensure timely execution of content calendars, campaigns, and deliverables.
- Stay updated on platform updates, digital trends, and evolving content formats.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- 2–4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Previous experience working with a marketing or creative agency is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and other major social media platforms.
- Excellent knowledge of trends, reels, storytelling, and digital content formats.
- Strong copywriting, communication, and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to develop strategic ideas and oversee their execution.
- Experience managing multiple brands and social media accounts simultaneously.
- Strong organisational, time-management, and project-management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, editors, and creative teams.
- Understanding of social media analytics, reporting, and performance optimisation.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite is an added advantage.
- Previous client management and coordination experience is a plus.
